Ingredients :
Heat 4 tablespoons oil
Add 1 teaspoon mustard
2inch cinnamon
5 broken red chillies
A pinch asafetida
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons coriander powder
1½ teaspoons chilli powder
¼ cup soaked and boiled fenugreek seeds
Direction :
Add 2 cups water. Add salt, 4 kokum petals, and 1½ tablespoons jaggery. Simmer for 4 mins. Add cut 8 moong dal papads into finger sized strips, stir, cover and cook on low heat till papads are done. Add 2 coriander leaves. Serve hot.
