Instant Biscuit Cake

Sharing the cake made on my husband birthday & the case was extraordinarily amazing :)

Ingredient :


2 packet of hide & seak Biscuit
2 packet of parlay-g biscuit
2 teaspoon of eno


1.5 & 1.5 cup of milk
Toffee soff one small packet


Procedure:


  1. Take a big bowl and crush both 2-2 packers of biscuits from hand.
  2. Take mixer grinder & add biscuit mixture in pot & grind it to get it in powdered form
  3. Add 1 or 1.5 cup of milk so as to make mixture in viscous form.
  4. When mixture gets ready add 1 spoon of eno and grind once again
  5. Now add the mixture to tumbler which is greased with oil or ghee
  6. Put the mixture filled tumblar in microwave oven by putting plastic plate over tumbler
  7. Bake the cake for 10 minutes & your cake is ready to eat. 
  8. You can add Toffee soff over the processed cake to decorate.
